may I ask what operating system and browsers are you using?
The screenshot of the page looks very different to what it is supposed to look therefore it is possible that your downloaded files got corrupted during the download.
Can you please try to download the theme files again, unzip the files and try again?

Had downloaded a new zip file and open. end result is the same
