the 2 tickets are different if you read them. One is printing out a ticket for someone that come into the offices to make a booking and the other is to print a list for the drivers for each day they they drive out.
unfortunately no such explicit feature within the theme is present at this time. The only thing that is possible is a printout of the order from WooCommerce Orders. We will add this feature to our list of features to do in the future.
