You can create a page using the User Content List page template and set the Content type to accommodation bookings to view the bookings. You cannot edit the bookings from the frontend however.
No, you as admin can see all reservations. As a partner, you see all bookings of your accommodations. Please make sure you use the correct template User Content List and the correct content type Accommodation bookings.

I can create and manage Accommodations, Vacancies and Rooms in front end. But I can not manage / view bookings from customers.
