You can go to Theme options -> Accommodations and add new fields to a tab of your choice. Note that tabs are at the top of that screen, fields are closer to the bottom.
After you save options, you need to edit individual accommodations and add values into these new fields you created before they show up on the frontend.
I would like two new fields created, with check-in and check-out times.
