When i have around 5 users in the website, in the Cpanel the CPU usage reach 100%. Is not every time that i have 5 users online, but the issue must be solved.
I already contact my host and says the following:
1- The requests that are being made directly to the Querys Database are not being closed; 2 - The version of PHP inserted in the website is not the most correct, being able to test to decrease / increase it and test the access to the site and verify if it is more stable;
Php version should be fine. The index.php you refer to is part of the root of your website (WordPress) and not of our theme. Please switch over to twenty seventeen theme and test the site a couple of hours with that and see if the CPU is still being used at such a pace.

You recommend to not upgrade the PHP to version 7, correct?
This is an issue you have to resolve with your webhost so I recommend you discuss this with them and see what php version you should run on your hosting package.
We have not had people report issues with php 7.0. However, we have not tested this further.
Have you run your website with the default WordPress theme in php 5.6? Is the problem still there with that version? if it is, then unfortunately this has nothing to do with our theme and it is something you will have to work on with your webhost.
Regarding this ticket i inform that we upgraded the PHP to 7.0 and is working very fine, but did not help with the CPU memory. When we had 3 or more online users, the website crash giving the error 500 with all the memories to maximum.
The problem with memories as been fixed by doing an host upgrade do SSD. So far so good.
For now everything looks working fine and no more memories problems finally.

I check the CPU metrics and i think i found the problem. Please see the print-screen of the Snapshot report attached.
In all the snapshots the index.php is using more than 50% CPU.

What php version are you running on your site currently?
Also, that index.php file is not a part of our theme. It is in the root of your website and not in our theme folder.

Our theme works with php version 5.3 to 7.
This is an issue you have to resolve with your webhost so I recommend you discuss this with them and see what php version you should run on your hosting package.

They say the PHP version that is running is not being compatible with the website and that they cannot do anything about it.
So, you say the theme works with PHP 7, correct?
